Apparently the FIS is developing a mixed dual mogul event with an eye on including such event in the Olympics. That would actually be a pretty cool way to (finally) include dual moguls in the Olympics.

Ya, if they straight up copied the format of the mixed alpine team event it would be a very good event.

I’ve always been of the opinion that the duals format would work very well in a team event.

A team event seems the only way for the dual moguls to have any sort of added value. So, yes.

If Henry Sildaru doesn’t become a World Cup finalist by 2026. I will eat my socks. You may quote me on that.

    • have a new National Team coach,  Hans Robert "Bob" Hanning    despite the amazing campaign that ended with the best performance ever at the world championships by our NT, coach Riccardo Trillini has basically been fired by the new Federation's President after an 8-year tenure   Hanning has had a very successful career as a trainer (especially with junior and low tier teams brought to the top level) first, then he was also a well known TV commentator and finally has dedicated himself full time to the Füchse Berlin, as a youth coach, as a manager and as an official (up to the CEO role)   he also had a major role in the German Federation, leading (as an official, not on the bench) the NT to the 2016 European gold and Rio Olympic bronze   the question is: after a very long time he's not been on the bench, will he be able to find his "magic touch" once again?
    • yes, that's definitely an Italian sounding name...   but I have no idea if he's potentially eligible for our NT (especially for an Olympic team)
