It deeply amuses me that Canada won the team event in their weakest discipline.

To be fair, Canadian dressage team is on a rise at the moment, compared to eventers and jumpers who are on definite decline. They can hope to qualify for team final next year (top 8).

Four more individual places will be allocated in two days. Last time around both Peru and Uruguay qualified, which was really exciting, but this time smaller nations look rather disappointing. Probably only the remaining powerhouses will qualify ( ), with only a slight chance for to make a surprise.
