Is there a possibility to have a music contest in which every participant can pick any song from any country no matter what year produced?

All participants would vote similar as in Eurovision or by the rules you have here (I didn't follow much, I admit).

Every song once used by somebody, would not be able to be picked again for 10 editions, let's say.

 

What do you think about this idea?

 

PS: I will read all rules used here the next week.

I am back from my travels in Asia and I am glad to see the contest has found a new host in @Wanderer. I will try to be more active on the forum than I have been in the past few months and hopefully can help out if needed.

Anyone have any other way to contact with him? About two weeks ago I wrote e-mail to him which I get once from @Sindo but he didn't replied, maybe he is using now other e-mail...
