Bronze for :CZE and no quota :'(

:CZE has a good chance to get the quota eventually, this event is a lower priority than the 2024 Olympic qualifiers series. So as long as :USA gets two of the six quotas on offer it will get redistributed.

Doesn't it say, that the quotas here are distributed at the two best continents that don't win a quota at the Olympic qualifier series? So the quota places for :USA and :SUI and :JPN are not certain, are they?

You are right. These results will be used to determine containental spots first, so there are many options, it's impossible to say these contries have guaranteed spots in Paris. Sure, chances of them not being there are small, but their participation is not 100%

I guess one quota will go to Africa certainly. No chance that someone from Africa will be in Top 6 in the 2024 series.

This is the most obvious speculation. In theory, it could happen that first two NOCs here don't even get one place for Paris. So these results should be saved and checked again in 2024

    • Hope so (for my adopted country, Norway, that is). Torino 2006 was the first Winter Olympics I followed closely and it was nothing short of a disaster for Norway. Strangely enough, that was actually the reason I became an avid fan of Norwegian winter sports and have been ever since. As for my actual home country, Greece, a medal for Ginnis in slalom (alpine skiing) would be a miracle.
