It would be great to have the Latest Forum Replies section on top, since that's often my main 'source' of going anywhere. In terms of space one could easily see 7-8 topics there, but with the other sections above it, I only see 2  

 

Fewer necessary scrolling is generally better, I'd say  

That's unfortunately not possible right now. Any changes made in the order of these blocks would need to be applied everywhere. There will soon be a change of the sorting in the next weeks anyway
