I'd be fine if mixed NOC teams were an option to increase field sizes in 'team' events, so nations with not enough athletes for a full team could have their athletes work together in a mixed NOC team. It's the Youth Olympics after all, some sense of development - both on athletic and personal level - is not a bad thing. 

 

Full mixed NOC events are not my thing though, no.
