Well, checking the list of qualifiers would be the first step in any research. :d

Anyway, Totallympics community could make 10 times more realistic medal table and yet there will always be sites full of mistakes like this that take all of the glory. That's what I'm saying. :p

And then Totallympics would make a medal table and I can 100% guarantee that 1.) there will be people on Totallympics who say "this will 100% sure not happen" and 2.) there will be people outside Totallympics who say it's a terrible prediction :p

That's 30-something people who mostly specialise in a few sports vs basically 1 person, maybe 2, and his mathematical algorythms ;)

And to be fair, apparently 4 years ago they got close to the real result, so the real bullshit is saying that their predicted medal table is bullshit :) (not saying you do, by the way)

oh, I thought they were a big company or sth

Not that big if I'm not mistaken. Don't get me wrong, I don't think their method is the perfect method, but they have chosen for a specific approach (with algorythms) so they can't just throw in some personal opinions as well. Of course things like non-qualifiers are mistakes, but they always try to fix those as soon as they hear of them.

For what it's worth, I still think to get a realistic medal table you just can not only name the gold, silver and bronze medal winners :)

Iron Maider

I wasn't expecting nothing for here, just been a mom and recently out of injury. It's been great what she has done for wrestling in Spain. She's very liked and kind of a national sweetheart. And by the way, her farm produced one of the best cheese's of the world :p

I expected this to be her last competition.

Same question for this: any news on the current situation here?

Both Žustautas and Shuklin is still fighting for the spot. There are 3 events set where both of the athletes will compete in order to determinate the lucky one. The first match is actually going to be this weekend in Trakai during the Lithuanian Open Cup. The fight is so intense that there is official contest held by Canoeing Federation and popular media group 15min of people guessing the outcome and winning prizes. The 1st fight will be live tomorrow here
