So Bhutan qualified for the Olympics sooner than Cameroon, Saudi Arabia and Senegal.

How can KSA and UAE be in the list. KSA has a good number of athletes in athletics and UAE is good in shooting.

The direct qualification for athletics is a lot harder this Olympics, Saudi Arabia should still qualify some athletes at the end. For UAE, they just weren't able to qualify anyone in shooting. Saudi Arabia is currently in a qualification position for equestrian so they may qualify at the end of the year.

while UAE failed to qualify through World Cups but they didn't participate at the Asian Shooting Championships ! probably because of boycotting Qatar ! which was stupid because it was never a strict policy, and they changed it few days later, their football team is in Qatar right now.

 

ps: this is just what I assumed, maybe there are another reasons behind their absence.

Bermuda qualifies in equestrian thanks to Annabelle Collins & Joyero VG. 

 

They could possibly be the last nation to get their first athlete in 2019 (unless Sri Lanka and/or Jordan get confirmed too before January).
