He misses every tone, dances awful, sings incredibly boring....if you don't speak English that's fine, but don't try it, yet that's what she's doing...ugh ugh ugh, my ears need to go to the doctor now :(

For some reason I quite liked it. You make a good point tho

Some many good songs, the only thing I've got decided is my favourite song from The Netherlands. Arcade.

Let's see whether the pre-contest favorite will fall again or not

Not much talk for this circus yet. Wonder which artist will be screwed this year for their political BS manipulation. The Asian football markets have nothing on this scam.

As far as I'm concerned, this is a very weak Eurovision, compared to some of the past years that we've had.

I don't care at all for anyone qualifying from the first semi-final.

Belgium - This screams "we did not come to try and win" with a fairly solid song and vocalist

Czech Republic - with a catchy song, but questionable live

Serbia - with great vocals, but not that inspiring of a song

Iceland - catchy chorus and stands out from the context

Are probably the only sort of standouts.

Haven't heard the full song, but Slovenia perhaps is interesting too.

Second semi-final is ten times better in quality, because everyone can at least sing, not everybody has a song though:

The Netherlands clear winner of the competition so far

Sweden with a good hit, logical and deserved qualifier

Denmark, Austria and Latvia with beautiful songs, but probably won't pass, because it's gonna be too calm for Europe.

Romania, has an interesting song, especially melodically, but the vocalist is often unreliable

Other than that, everything else is very average and bland.

Automatic qualifiers:

Italy and Germany knows what's up, as for others, I'd say they're stuck in 21-26th place, but there are going to be a lot of qualifiers from semi-final 1 to take those spots.

    • I will do my best to organise a pairs competition also involving nations from the 4 teams that are eliminated in the first half of the team competition along with the lowest ranked individual nations at the halfway point (end of session 2) to form 8 pairs. Pairs will be balanced so that the highest ranked nation in the competition will be paired with the lowest ranked nation, second highest with the second lowest and so on. All of that will be based on the individual ranking at the halfway point.   This way every nation will have at least interest in some event until the end of the 3rd session.   I will probably base it closely on @mrv86‘s proposed rules, and have sprints every 3 rounds of votes. The pairs with most medals from those 3 rounds get the points along with an extra bonus for medal and points doubles.   I do only have 1 day to organise this now so I can’t promise anything though.
