Just about the start of the selection period, the Danish jury told media that they were working with a shortlist of 14 songs from 11 artists. But now an anonymous source has told us that a 12th artist has joined the list with an almost complete album. The artist is said to be one of the more well-known ones in Denmark who also has done decently internationally.
