If his injury was before gotiis and he was able to run the 400 m a month later that is a good sign still

Diamond League action is back this week!

 

On July 7, the Paris Diamond League (entries still TBD), and on July 12, the Monaco Diamond League!

 

At the Monaco Diamond League, we have the long awaited debut of Christopher Morales-Williams, who’ll be competing the men’s 400m, Marco Arop in the men’s 800m (very intriguing head to head with Wanyonyi), Alysha Newman in women’s pole vault, and Lucia Stafford in the women’s 2000m. Some events only have 6 athletes entered (women’s 100m and men’s 200m in terms of Canadian potential), so while I believe most of the entry list has been announced, I don’t think it’s all of it.

Ethan Katzberg’s next meet has been announced. Gyulai Istvan Memorial on July 9.

Brandon Mcbride has retired. Adam Keenan will retire after the Olympics.

I feel so bad for McBride - his career was cut short with that last injury.
