Some are already tipping Georgia for a figure skating team event medal. While Top 5 is probably more likely than Top 3, they can still create a surprise. It will also depend if some of the chanceless mid-tier teams decide to spare their best individuals for individual events.

I only picked Estonia (Sildaru), but Croatia also have a strong candidate (Zubcic)...

 

the main question for CRO is that alpine skiing is always a risky sport and moreover it doesn't involve biased judges like freestyle...

Sadly not a lot of this NOCs will win a medal. I bet:

• 90% - Sildaru have some concrete golden medal chances
• 40% - Zubic could archive a podium in men's slalom

Romania's progress in bobsleigh has been really impressive over the past couple years. Def feels like they could become medal contenders soon.

Would seem ice dance would knock Georgia down.  Can they get above last in that phase?  Although I guess   is favored for silver, the US nationals left me underwhelmed. 

 

For Romania, if they made it in bobsled, what would be the  liklihood of having your only Winter Games medals be in bobsled, 54 or 58 years apart.

Who will win gold and silver? And where is Canada predicted to place ?
