In 2015 meldonium (unfortunatly) was legal.

Btw it was even used by Soviet army to give to their soldiers in Afghanistan war.

Even at my university know, my research group will try to synthesize it in lab... it has simple structure though.

it seems that Tokyo marathon winner Endeshawa Negesse also tested positive on meldonium.
