It is destiny then, Fernandez vs Raducanu US Open final. Nobody would see this coming two weeks ago. Far & away the most unexpected women's Grand Slam final in my lifetime :p

Sakkari had a semifinal line-up at both RG & US on the level of an international and she managed not even to reach a final :roflmao:  Could have been a two-time champ, but since this is womens tennis, tour consistency is useless. Never change WTA.

Amazing from the youngsters, but from what I could watch both Sabalenka and Sakkari were tragic out there. Hope Fernandez and Raducanu don't dissappear after this tournament and can be consistent like Swiatek and not another Ostapenko. Changing names at every GS gets a bit boring.

Would be incredible if this is the start of a decade long rivalry.

 

It's WTA so I doubt it xD

      This is a wanted behaviour so that in desktop the space is better optimized, while in mobile its shorter. Did you have something else in your mind on how to fix the issue?

      Yes, though it is weird that on my laptop, I see the shooting logo on both sides of the word...but on my mobile, the graphic only shows to the left of the word (and can't even swipe to see). But the issue of the banner going off screen is fixed.

      did send one athlete to the last edition, but she was only allowed to compete as a "guest" since they don't yet have an NOC.
