Well, the Germans managed to do much worse than the Austrian trio  Interessing performance for the super favorite Ludwig, at only 0.2 second from Kindl. All are so far from the track record but, I repeat, we don't know conditions. 2nd run will start soon

Meh. Even Tokyo had a better one. Although of course this is mostly the biannual "why the fuck don't they simply use the sportresult system" complaint

I'm using my desktop and Chrome browser and the official website doesn't have any problem here...actually, it's really quick to open (which is quite surprising, remembering the awful experience back to the 2008 days -but it was another age, I must admit)...

the first couple of runs are not so indicative for some teams, but I think the current difference between the Austrian and the Germans is really worrying from a German perspective...

 

however, I fear the Germans haven't used their "magical" skates they will use in only one of the training runs and then in the actual competition (it's always been their tactic)...

 

one thing is sure, the coldest is the weather, less chances the Germans have...
