I'm a bit confused by Shaunae Miller-Uibo's score/qualification.

It looks like 2 of her counting scores are from August 2022 which looks like is outside the qualification period or am I wrong?

Karl Junghannß doesn't have the internal German standard. Though it seems they have updated this list? I'm sure that this afternoon Junghannß was last above the cut, now he's first below the cut. Anyway, he's one place above  and there's a chance Germany will reject this quota, if they are offered it. The other German low on this list, Leo Köpp, does have the national standard, however.

They’re allowed because they’re the last continental championship for the Bahamas

I would think it particularly disgraceful to see a home nation refuse quotas

I don't know any details about North American Championships, but wouldn't Canada and the Bahamas have the same Continental Championships? So this would fit.
