So 6 Retured players from PyeongChang 2018 Patrik Rybár, Branislav Konrád, Peter Čerešňák, Marek Ďaloga, Michal Čajkovský and Michal Krištof

8 Players have Olympic Experiences (Apart the 6 PC 2018 mentioned players) also Jurčo and Marinčin will play their 2nd Olympics as well (both played in Sochi 2014)

The remaining 17 players will experience their Olympic debut.

5 Players from :SVK Extraliga is also quite unexpected high amount Peter Zuzin, Samuel Takáč, Adrián Holešinský, Pavol Regenda, Šimon Nemec. 9 Players are from the :CZE ligue, 5 from KHL, 3 from :FIN and 2 from :SUI, 1 from North America.

Interesting is also the story around Samuel Kňažko who received an exemption from his employer (NHL Columbus Blue Jackets) only in the last days. thanks to lobbying of our GM Miroslav Šatan, Samo has contract with Columbus but play in the juniors WHL, Šatan neverending phone calls and his "name" helped to solve this thing pretty quickly, his friend leader of Columbus at the end agreed to let Kňažko go and play in Beijing.

So Slovakia will field 3 Under 20 players. Two of them still just 17 years old talents Šimon Nemec and Juraj Slafkovský.

@hckošice Bro, you were surprised by the :SVK roster for the Games...... Well, look at the list of players this year's first round draft in NHL. Pretty awesome to see 3 Czechs and 3 Slovaks in the first round ..... Btw, what is the Nemec dude eating that beated all 'Mearicans' and Canadians? 😅😅

where do you have that from ? it doesn't look very accurate nor realistic :p

Nemec will be in top 10 but not so high definitely  Shane Wright will be #1 pick and Savoie + Kemell will fight for the other top 3 spots.

From SVK view Slaf will be higher than Nemec, I expect maybe a Top 5 from him, hopefully some great ice time and good Olympics will help him

Btw the 2023 Draft looks to be even more interesting for us. Dalibor Dvorský may very well beat the Slovak national best of Gáborík on 2000 draft :d
