This is actually a really surprising fact.
Why? Both have a lot of green jersey and therefore they should have a lot of good placings

Either Steinhaus is injured or else I have no idea what they're up to. No way they put her in the German QF side.
Claudia Umpierrez should be in there or she's saved for the SF.
She is injured

If Chile beats Thailand they will play England in R16.
Italy vs China is fixed now.
Germany only plays Nigeria if Thailand beats Chile or there is a draw. Otherwise it's Germany vs Brazil. Chile actually needs to win by 3+ goals.
You are right

And a ridiculously short stoppage time in the Argentina-Scotland match, especially with both teams still needing a goal. The penalty alone took 7,5 minutes. It should have been at least 10 minutes of stoppage time, not 5.

I hate this call, no way the Brazilian does this header, if there is not an opponent behind her. But this kind of situations are rarely called.

Zabel only won one stage more than Sagan and two less than Kittel, so he doesn't even have the German record. I think Sagan and Zabel are both kind of similar. They were never the fastest Sprinters, but both were better in the mountains than their opponents, so they won the green jerseys because they won more points in the hilly stages or because their opponents did not finish (e.g. Cipollini).
