  1. Karsten Kroon is on fire: "I once had an Israeli teammate. He wasn't so good." The end.
  2. I'm expecting LuLu Sanchez to go at least two minutes faster than Dennis
  3. Bilbao Told you, Astana is gonna fly like crazy
  4. He should be, nobody but the Giro organization wants to see him there, but he's there. It's absolutely shitty for the sport, but alright, enough has been said about it in recent weeks
  5. Sioutsou fell as well and is on his way to the hospital.. Edit: And he's out
  6. Superman has already crashed as well in the recon. That's already two of the three, four or maybe five main candidates down before the first stage (hopefully they're both ok)
  7. That is Team Sky being Team Sky. They represent the worst of the worst in cycling and those are the people that are breaking the sport. I'm not gonna hope for crashes and injuries of course, but let's just say I hope they get some flat tyres or someone steals their bikes while they're sleeping
  8. Rohan Dennis, Jos van Emden, Mads Pedersen, Tom Dumoulin....one of those

  10. Arguments 1 and 6 The rest is rather serious allegations about the bribing. It'd be better to have stayed with that as arguments..
  11. Waylon's entire appearance, from the hat to the leopard-like print to the boots, makes me want to poke my eyes out Go Hungary
  12. I'm all for a unified Korean team, but for fuck's sake...from the very beginning of the tournament. This is just...disgusting and so respectless.
  13. Look a few posts earlier, where you posted the same thing and there were some reactions
  14. Welcome USA to the club of countries not taking care of their athletes (like Kenya, where I remember a case of a world-class athlete having to fly cheap because some federation official had to fly business class).
  15. Crap. That's sad because Pozzato and sad because undisclosed personal reasons are never good...
  16. "Dominated world championships over the years". Right, which suggests multiple world titles in the past, let's say, 10 years. - David Rudisha - Asbel Kiprop - Ezekiel Kemboi - Vivian Cheruiyot - Edna Kiplagat - Abel Kirui (although his last title is 7 years ago) Those seem to be the only options, unless they're very much exaggerating the 'dominated world championships' part..
  17. Astana is going to destroy everyone. Four mountain stage wins for Lopez to begin with, Bilbao, Hirt, Kangert and Lutsenko will all win an attackers stage and LuLu takes two stages as well in the prime of his career. Vinokourov got mad at the beginning of the year so everyone has been flying this year and they're not gonna stop Oh and Israel Cycling Academy is probably going to sprint with 2, 3 or even 4 riders every sprint again, leading to more results like one sprint with a 9th, 12th and 15th place like they often do this year, instead of actually focussing on one guy for the sprint. BORA-tactics.
  18. I won't complain about the entirely unneccesary use of "Men's Road Cycling", but can a mod at least take 'UCI' out? We don't need the federations name in every thread
  19. Yay Israel, I already can't wait to be thrown dead with Eurosport's non-stop Israel commercials. I also can't wait for the Tour de France to start in Taiwan and the Vuelta a EspaƱa to get started in Botswana.
  20. Hello and welcome This could be useful, plus we have this introduction thread if you want. For questions you can always just ask it in this very thread or here, no problem
  21. I'm sure we will have many more years where at least once per year it's 1 May.
