  1. finally, RUS won...but what a scare in these last 2 minutes... p.s. @hckosice if the Russians play like in the final stretch of tonight's game, you have more than a chance to steal some points from them and keep your hopes to make the quarterfinals alive...
  2. it ain't over till it's over...the great "Yogi" Berra said many years ago... but he was right...oh, if he was right... SUI scored and we have a game once again...
  3. yeah...I just fixed my previous post... I'm starting thinking that my words are not a good sign for those who I speak/write for...
  4. probably they did... in the meantime, we have a real game between RUS and SUI... 5 mins to go and the Swiss seem to have turn the momentum around...I hope the Russians don't do anything silly... and as I write something, the class of the Big Red Machine ends the Swiss hopes... they're just amazing...
  5. however, leaving the jokes about the prediction contest apart, I didn't really expect CAN to play that bad as they're doing tonight... they're so "empty" and undisciplined like I've rarely (almost never) seen before... Finland deserve this big win at 100%...they outplayed CAN in each and every role and aspect of this game...
  6. and here we go...not even the time to write it...and Switzerland scores! I'd rather go watching some golf...maybe it's a bit more relaxing...
  7. at least it seems that RUS and SUi are going according to my plan... but with more than 9 minutes still to play, there's a lot of time to make my day a complete nightmare...
  8. are you kidding me? c'mon, man! this is a "gombloddo*" (it's a plot) against me and my predictions... I wish Germany, Belarus and Canada all the worst things in the World!!! *cit. Antonio Conte

  10. at the end of day #1 of the finals we have Turkey on top of the Medal Table with 2 Gold Medals (and 7 in total)... also with 2 Gold Medals are France, Spain and Switzerland, meanwhile AZE, BIH, ITA, MKD and UKR have 1 Gold Medal each... in total, 21 Nations have at least 1 Medal, with CRO leading the pack of those without a Gold one thanks to 2 Silver and 2 Bronze Medals...

  14. naaa, I don't agree...there was nothing wrong with the judges this time...the truth is that Maresca wasted the first 2 minutes of the bout by doing absolutely nothing... then when you're down in the score, things get extremely difficult in a close match... shame on him, not on the refs... he should regret the semifinal against the Turkish guy, rather than today's consolation match

  18. it has something to do with a lady, I guess...
  19. @hckosice by the way, you should give Sweden some more space now...I need them to win some margin for my prediction contest (assuming that Germany will be causing me a lot of troubles once again)...
