France is not pre-qualified, so it will have to finish as the best non-qualified boat at the European Championchips to get the quota.

Btw, if Kathrin Murche really wins the quota, Germany will have 8 quotas already.

Beside France as the host with a lot of guaranteed quotas, only China and USA would have more quotas as of today.

They switch the events every time. In Tokyo it was Trap mixed and now it is Skeet mixed.

What happened to Jessica Rossi in Trap??? 
After 75 targets she was perfect 75/75 in place 1 (place 2 already with 73/75).

And today she started with 19/25 and is currently out of the final (and even with another 25/25 it will need a lot of mistakes by the other to reach the final).

It is indeed a tricky calculation. 
I would say that it is still possible for Germany to loose the quota.

And in the end it can still happen, that they decline the quota (I think that was the case for Tokyo).

Und im Dreistellungskampf verpasst Lisa Müller zwar auf Platz 9 das Finale, holt damit aber trotzdem noch den Quotenplatz.
Damit dürfte Deutschland dann auch über die 10m Luftgewehr und im Mixed-Wettbewerb mit dem Luftgewehr vertreten sein.

Das ist aber nur die interne Qualifikation. Durch die Qualifikation in der Mixed-Staffel sind ja schon 2+2 Quotenplätze sicher

Quotenplätze im Segeln in den beiden Mixed-Wettbewerben (Nacra 17 und 470er).
Sind das jetzt eigentlich 2 Quotenplätze oder 4, bzw. was zählen wir überhaupt?

Ich finde die Formulierung eigentlich eindeutig, dass in dem Fall "Frankreich unter den Top3 bei der WM" ein zusätzlicher Platz beim finalen Quali-Turnier vergeben wird und nicht an den Viertplatzierten der WM geht. Aber auch mit einem 4ten Platz bei der WM sollten die deutschen Damen so viele Punkte gesammelt haben, dass eine Qualifikation über das Ranking quasi sicher ist.

Schade, dass die Männer im Viertelfinale gescheitert sind. Bei denen dürfte es mit der Qualifikation deutlich schwieriger werden....

"According to plan" is not sufficient. 

As of today it will be a very tough battle with Italy in men's sabre in Poland in women's foil and both teams could end up without a quota.

Best option for a team quota might be men's foil, but here indeed tomorrow will be crucial.

I just did a rough estimation and if I am not mistaking, than Italy will be 3rd in World Ranking and Germany 6th, so if this is correct, there will be some important match-up in the next World Cups...

That's what I meant.

USA loosing would have opened a way for Italy or Germany to overtake USA and reach Top4.

So Italy and Germany will both end outside of Top4 and one of them will miss Paris (I fear that it will be Germany )

That's nearly impossible to loose in the regular WC.

I don't think that they will be able to pass Italy in the ranking, so their only chance is that Italy overtakes Korea (i.e. direct quotas for Hungary, Italy and France)
