    Lol yeah in badminton they are really notorious. Korea Masters always have low participation due to this reputation (but it doesn't affect Korea Open which is considered a bigger tournament). Luckily badminton has the challenge system. And in China Open 2016 there was a controversy in a match between China vs Japan which was led by.... a Chinese umpire.

    Wow. Almost the same condition in Indonesia, extreme nationalism everywhere and full of bigotry. And the idea of Chinese-descent athlete competing for other countries aren't welcome here.. (despite some of our greatest athletes are Chinese-descent) But average Indonesian 'love' foreigners (i.e. white guys) and I can't think any sport that Indonesia are competing with Canada. So you will just fine here
