I wouldn't feel comfortable with Algeria hosting the competition. I would personally not compete.

Wow, just wow I seriously don't envy the people around you. Also, I gave credit to both users in the thread that made the logo & the templates and never claimed them as my own. And you see, if you try to be more nice and straightforward with people, you can get their respect and friendship. A feeling that you probably don't share with any of the users in this forum, because you are rude as heck to nearly everyone.

Okay, I've missed a lot. How is Algeria even allowed to bid when there were messages on the forum floating around that "I would never host such a thing", "I wouldn't have time for it", "I'm not interested" etc. I think someone might have screenshotted this as they are already deleted by Wanderer, if I'm correct.
Edit. Just like when Germany's votes were not accepted when the user mentioned that he doesn't care about the contest.

And most importantly, they come at the expense of more competitive, more historical and more prestiged events, which devalues the whole sport. I don't want to say it, but many of the changes seem to be just for the political correctness.

One thing that pisses me of a lot is the fact that there are no tripartite invitationals for the Winter Olympics, when some nations could really use them.
I remember specially a Bahamas snowboarder from Sochi who was not far from clasification. Then in summer olympics it's like a free pass for no level athletes.....

Quoting myself to correct a mistake lol.
Gambia is sending a delegation but no athletes.

First reaction on the Dutch forums: "This makes it even more impressive that the Dutch speed skaters beat all those dirty Russians and won so many medals" (in a sarcastic way of course)

There's definitely a problem with immigration, there's just no denying that, but every time a far right candidate loses, it's basically good news.

Instead of field hockey, this sport should be on the Olympic program

Its too late. The accreditation system is closed
They were scheduled to compete in short track and possibly figure skating.

Well he actually slapped the face of the same country that gave him resources for his revolution.
Also he lived in luxury for the last 25 years, while most Cubans were condemned to spend their little money on whatever they got... You really need to hear the thousands of Cubans who live in Mexico and tell you stories about people willing to prostitute themselves for a pair of leather shoes (not even designer) or another "comodities".

Putting things like this will make no one support your hosting ambitions.

Oh come on, this is horrible, they are cutting great individual events in order to put some random mixed gender BS.
2020 agenda is officially the worst thing that ever happened to the Olympic movement!!

Canada will make an official bid
Its time for the contest to come to the world's second biggest country
-

Hum, why not doing a bid using the TISC classification? That is, if not Ireland, then Mexico, then Canada, etc.
(it's a suggestion
And also because they deserve it, and it would be fun to see this organized outside Europe )
