    It appears to be, but the entry list is out of date. USA declined one quota and Panama got it for ex.

    They increased it because of demand in 2015 but there wasn't the demand this time. Canada used 20 less, Peru used 6 less then its allocation and right there we pretty much meet the quota.

    Canada will send a B team in rugby sevens (both genders)... lol.... another 2 gold from 2015 that certainly won't be defended now.

    I just saw the results interface for Lima 2019, and lets just say this will be very good. Its the same as Toronto 2015 with Lima 2019 branding ofc.
