That's the point... In short... The so-called The Supervisor judge of the Olympic qualifications during the European Championships is the Chairwoman of the Technical Committee for Rhythmic Gymnastics in European Gymnastics - Cypriot Evangelia Trikomiti, which means that in the event of too large discrepancies in the ratings of judges from a given committee, she may block these ratings and order them to be reduced or increased by one of the committees. judges. As it turned out, out of the 8 components of Liliana Lewińska's assessment, the Supervisor blocked as many as 7, and some of them even when there were no statutory discrepancies! What's more, her daughter sat on one of the committees as a judge, and Tugolukova is officially a player of the club with the same name as both ladies. With two hands, this could mean a total deduction of over 3 points for Liliana!

All of them Russian. Even we have included a Russian born-gymnast, even though she has spent most of her life in BG.

Hate this. Switching nationality and corruption judges.

Think he was the only non- Male to take a Gold in Swimming at that Games. British sport in general was really in a slump in the mid-70s, so he was a huge star.

18th direct quota to be decideed between
Maylin del Toro Carvajal goes to 3036 with the R16.
Amina Belkadi goes to 3012 and still has a 10 & 20 to replace. She is slotted to take part in Abidjan Open and would need a 5th place (with a victory) to go to 3038.
M 81kg

Timur Arbuzov jumped through the rankings with his silver medal. His CQ for AIN will go to Dali Liluashvili from 63kg (239pt)
UNGVARI ATTILA is out of a directo quota, in 19th with 3186 points. He will probably get CQ from VEG Zsombor (100kg, 2607pt). Unless he get it back tomorrow (through direct quota or even reallocation), Hungary will only have 4 direct athletes and lose its right to earn a Team Invitation
Just noting that Timo Cavelius gets the continental quota for Germany and he becomes the first male gay judoka qualified for OG ( in the lack of a rainbow flag hahaha)
W 70kg

*new entry
Gabriella Willems goes to 2614 with the 5th place
and Maya Goshen out with 2472. As Shira Rishony got a 48kg direct quota, Goshen has the continental quota so far if Butbul remains with the direct quota in the 73kg (see above). If he loses, the continental quota is his and Goshen will go to the reallocation lot (see below)

From the list, I like the salad and the tapenade, pastel de choclo not so much.
They forgot to put “bacalao a la vizcaina”, which is cod with olives and other vegetables, and a staple for Christmas Eve dinner in Mexico City.

This is the ugliest thing I have ever seen. Looks like a uniform lmao
Reaction has been very bad and all athletes hate it.
It's specially bad cause there's a saying in Spain that's "vestir la roja", literally translate to "wear the red" that's use by everyone when talking about representing Spain in a international sporting event. I guess now we are "wearing the orange".... Watch out, .....

I don't care about the west, even if they were all Hitler it wouldn't make the IR government any better. Defending Palestine is not the only thing they do. They spend 99% of the time commiting atrocities against their own people. One good deed doesn't wipe off everything else.

one person celebrating something in his private is always possible but I'm pretty sure it's not safe to go out celebrating this very loudly.
it's not humane to celebrate someone's death and I try hard not doing it myself. but since 2022 we passed a point of no return, for some people it happened in 2009 and for some others in 2019 but it feels like 2022 was really the end of that "let's hope things get better" era.
I don't think like that myself, being radical is always a bad idea. but for lots of people, specially the younger generations, this is a war and they are the enemy. so they will indeed celebrate such a thing. even exaggerating to piss off the enemy

The Green movement, the first time the IR saw millions of people in the streets against itself, most importantly those protests were completely peaceful (unlike the recent protests) yet they didn't tolerate it. used brutal force to end things.
obviously the elections were never totally fair here. but it was OK within the regime. I mean they would disqualify whoever they didn't want before the race. but the race itself was usually OK. I believe 2009 was the first time they completely threw away the votes and published some fake numbers to keep that monkey (you know him as Ahmadinejad) in charge. The monkey is not part of the regime now but at the time he was supposed to be loyal.
The guy who could win the election Mirhossein Mousavi is still under house arrest.

Now that the continental qualifiers are over, here's the situation for the final continental quotas.
On June 11th, the highest ranked eligible athlete from Africa, Asia, Europe and Pan America will get the quota. Here's what the top three look like.
Africa Men
19. Quadri Aruna
73. Ibrahima Diaw
118. Saheed Idowu
Africa Women
111. Lucie Mobarek
140. Lynda Loghraibi
183. Ammadine Litobaka
Aruna pretty much has his spot locked up. The women's quota likely goes to Algeria.
Asia Men
42. Kirill Gerassimenko
48. Chun Ting Wong
51. Noshad Alamiyan
Asia Women
117. Jingyi Zhou
164. Song Gyong Pyon
179. Alice Chang
The men's quota for Asia is quite competitive, but all three will qualify through the rankings. On the women's side the depth is pretty bare now that most of the top athletes have qualified. Singapore has a large lead to win a second quota.
Europe Men
38. Liam Pitchford
43. Alvaro Robles
49. Ovidiu Ionescu
Europe Women
16. Xiaoxin Yang
20. Sofia Polcanova
44. Xia Lian Ni
Europe as usual is quite competitive at this stage. All of these athletes will qualify through the world rankings.
Pan America Men
54. Nicolas Burgos
74. Brian Afanador
78. Alberto Mino
Pan America Women
11. Adriana Diaz
122. Ivy Liao
127. Yadira Silva
Diaz is pretty much qualified. Burgos is in a good position too. Afanador and Mino could make a run, but at the same time they are in a decent position world rankings wise too.
The final quotas will be decided through the overall rankings on June 18th. Assuming the above continental qualifiers remains unchanged, the men's side will start with 9 quotas while the women will have 11. Note as quotas are awarded more will be reallocated due to duplicates between singles and mixed doubles.
Men
43. Alvaro Robles (reallocation)
48. Chun Ting Wong (reallocation)
49. Ovidiu Ionescu (reallocation)
51. Noshad Alamiyan
56. Daniel Habesohn
72. Eduard Ionescu
73. Ibrahima Diaw
74. Brian Afanador
78. Alberto Mino
79. Martin Allegro
81. Mihai Bobocica
84. Maciej Kubik
------------------------
85. Siu Hang Lam
86. Daniel Gonzalez
91. Jinbao Ma
92. Paul Drinkhall
93. Andreas Levenko
94. Lubomir Pistej
95. Cedric Nuytinck
98. Benedek Olah
I'm not 100% sure if the reallocation of the East Asia and Oceania quotas happen before or after the world ranking quotas. If before, then the East Asia quota will go to Hong Kong (Wong or Lam). If after, it could still go to Hong Kong (Lam), but should Lam make the cut-off then it will go to Temuulen Myandal, though with only four points I wouldn't be surprised if a North Korean player took the quota. The Oceania quota is currently in the hands of Vicky Wu.
Women
20. Sofia Polcanova
44. Xia Lian Ni
56. Giorgia Piccolin
60. Maria Xiao (reallocation)
65. Tatiana Kukulkova
66. Georgina Pota
78. Ivana Malobabic
80. Barbora Balazova
81. Hana Matelova
84. Izabela Lupulesku
87. Solomiya Brateyko
94. Debora Vivarelli
-----------------------------
95. Dora Madarasz (reallocation)
104. Sibel Altinkaya
106. Sarah De Nutte
108. Jocelyn Lam
113. Zhehan Yang
116. Sofia-Xuan Zhang
117. Jingyi Zhou
119. Rachel Moret
The East Asia reallocation is currently going to Song Gyong Pyon.
