  1. Yes, if Travis Etienne becomes the next Alvin Kamara like projected then Jax offense will look explosive. And they have the luxury of AFC South being a tire fire right now. Texans are a mess, Titans are limited to Derrick Henry carrying them on his back and God knows if Carson Wentz ever recovers to lift the Colts.
  2. Trevor Lawrence #1 to Jaguars (duh), Zach Wilson #2 to Jets (duh), Trey Lance #3 to 49ers (big swing for the QB with high-upside). I admire 49ers taking such a swing over Mac Jones who is really the fifth best QB in the class but was heavily rumoured to be their choice for weeks.
  3. Is anyone surprised? It's payback time, Democrats waited four years to get the ball rolling. Nothing will stop them now.
  4. Equestrian doesn't count as it's old school & traditional so doesn't fit with the modern politically correct propaganda
  5. None. Mixed event in judo is just another freebie gold medal for Japan I don't follow sailing, table tennis & triathlon so don't care about these events much.
  6. NFL draft is tomorrow night. Should be three QBs selected in Top 3 for the first time since 1999.
  7. Americans from Liberty throwing bullshit ideas and trying to lure the mythical "new fans" I'm totally against the sprint race crap and I hope it fails soon enough. Good luck in trying to force excitement over 10th place in a race where only Top 3 get points. Saving engine & gearbox mileage is paramount so nobody will risk anything in sprint races
  8. IndyCar has had 5 cautions in two races so far and Jimmie Johnson caused three of them Thankfully he is skipping the Texas races this weekend.
  9. Sorana Cirstea won her first WTA title since 2008! She beat Elise Mertens 6-1, 7-6 in Istanbul final.
  10. BJJ is the only sport that could offer some diversity among competing nations. Everything else doesn't make any sense at the Olympics.
  11. JP Morgan has pulled out the financial backing. The Super League is officially cooked no matter what Perez says
  12. And it's official. Group E - Spain, Sweden, Poland and Slovakia - will play in Seville & Sankt Petersburg
  13. @RobtheAggie I read that Tara Geraghty-Moats is done with nordic combined and wants to go back to biathlon?
  14. We have different rumours in Poland, Zbigniew Boniek said our group will probably play in Sankt Petersburg as the second venue replacing Dublin
  15. Yep, Netherlands has the easiest group on paper. USA vs Sweden again - in the Group of death no less
  16. Pathetic performance from Polish women. I won't be surprised if Karolina Kudlacz announces her NT retirement soon. It's not worth the effort anymore. Kinga Grzyb once retired from NT already and might do that again. She didn't even get called up for Austria and it sounded like it was her own decision. Monika Kobylinska will return from injury and let's hope her career doesn't get wrecked like Alina Wojtas before. We can't rely on wild cards all the time, that's kinda pathetic and hardly a reason to be proud of.
  17. Yep, this baby is gone. Florentino Perez can #### his own balls now https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/56823501
  18. These owners are basically all multi-millionaires who always do things their own way. They simply can't take "no" for an answer. The Agnellis are like the Rockefellers of Italy. They will be fine even if this whole Super League thing turns into a fiasco faster than a Challenger in 1986.
  19. Polish judo has shown signs of life again. I was hoping Julia Kowalczyk does a lot better though. Maybe she saves her best for OG
  20. Yep, they brought in referees from Arena & Lingerie aka Legends League to replace them. That was a total disaster and NFL gave up to the referees' demands literally 48 hours after the infamous Fail Mary game on Monday Night Football in Week 3. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012_NFL_referee_lockout https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fail_Mary
  21. Sheesh... talk about people overthinking the room. Football remains far & away the most popular sport on the planet. This isn't even up for any debate.
  22. No problem, I hope you get the clear picture from the die-hards. Americans don't have their hearts in soccer so you might misread what's going on
  23. If you think the majority of fans would actually support the Super League you might be up for a surprise. English Big 6 clubs are getting ripped in the UK media and rightfully so. https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/56795811 Funnily enough politicians and UEFA have usually come to blows over various stuff but now they form a rare united front against a common enemy.
  24. No offense to swimming or figure skating but association football is a whole different monster size. And a whole different size of money involved.
