Just because a nation has good road cyclists doesn't mean they are good in the time trial (or vice versa). Alternatively they should have given continent quotas like they did in road cycling. It isn't a grand tour though. I think we can expect no ranking update until Monday - the World Ranking will be published as it will be on Monday and the Olympic one will be published as it is today. Or maybe they're adding points from races from Tuesday according to the last time zone (GMT -12), no matter if there was any there and the Olympic ranking will be published tomorrow.
