Yes, although she has the luxury of two chances now. Mind you this tournament isn't just about qualification but seedlings in Tokyo so winning at the first attempt is definitely the better option.

The 60kg field is pretty stacked so seeding will definitely play a part in who wins medals IMO

In the Olympic system document we can read that winning by walkover gives 0 points.. And now Ecuador will go via ranking :D

Is there an allocated european quota in men`s super heavyweight?

Highest ranked European athlet is Maksim Babanin but as Ivan Veriasov just qualified he is not eligible for the quota.

Next European in the ranking is Nelvie Tiafackso he should get the quota, correct?

So few ranking events in 2020 and 2021 so not enough people were able to overtake them in the rankings
