It's similar in your country with this Fico - a man convicted many times, involved in various scandals + having a terrible appearance. A few years ago after the death of a journalist he left and came back again. Unfortunately we live in nasty times. In the 90s of the XX century it looked different.

Yeah.

Sadly, I have the honor of sharing my homeland with the majority of the population suffering from a frighteningly short memory...

but I raised to be already used to not expecting anything intelligent coming from this population, so I already have perfected the quality of complete ignorance of our internal politics, so I don´t expect or ask for anything from these criminals, I have put them all in my ignore list and I just try to live my life peacefully :d

Oh well. Stupidity will always exist.

Making a comparison of the exact numbers at a point where plenty of votes are still uncounted. I mean, California isn't much more than halfways. Would guess that Kamala at least passes 70 million when all votes are counted

Your former Madam President, why did she leave? Does your President have no real power? Unfortunately, the silent majority also contributes to the fact that clowns rule.

Unfortunately, democracy is not an ideal system, especially since it is somewhat helpless in the fight against authoritarian regimes such as China or Russia. Democracy was ideal in the 1990s, when there was relative peace and prosperity in Europe and the USa.

In the 90s the left wing parties still represented the working class. It's no longer the case 30 years later and that working class started to vote for right wing.

Bill Clinton and Tony Blair were more liberals than socialists. It was simply that life was good then, the economy was booming and there was relative peace. Besides, Russia and China were weak.

In the 21st century alone, Obama and Bush achieved the same thing, i.e. 2 terms (or even better, 2 in a row). Before that, in the 90s, it was Bill Clinton and before that Reagan. Trump simply happened to hit upon specific times + a complete lack of any alternative on the Democratic side. Let's not kid ourselves: in 2020, Trump lost only because of Covid. Biden was already a wreck by then and he looked like Brezhnev at the end of his life.

I see you are not very familiar with American politics and how they work, otherwise you would know why a non-consecutive second term is much more historic, than a regular incumbent being reelected.

Its so funny and amusing to read hate comments from "democrats" on web.

Celebrities especially.

Just read some stupidity from Cara Delevingne. Of course, typical lingo - fascists and so on. Without a single decent sentence.

Hillarious.
