The italian governament has failed because of a former minister of the 1st Republic (Savona, probabily minister of the Economy) so our President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella refuse to allow him to be minister and Giuseppe Conte refused to become Presidente del Consiglio. The biggest party (M5S+LN) propose an impeachment (it's never happen in the italian history) for high treason and they probabily will start whit some protests in the square

Savona is a 82 years old man against Europe and against Euro. Mattarella has the power to refuse a minister and he did it, it's nothing so shicking and this already happened in the past, so the impeachment thing is just ridicoulous. If Lega and M5S really wanted to create a government they would have changed the name of the minister, but they didn't  and this is the natural result.

The impeachment will never pass but is a worring provocation for me..

@Gianlu33, i see Italy has one more problem which we have here and it is negative natural increase. How country deal with it?

I think that this isn't a priority, the Renzi government try to give some family bonus but no anyone think about the negative natural incrase. The main problems are the economy problems

Protests of far right in Germany

What do you think how dangerous is existance of far right for Germany, Europe and world?

Germany is quite stable economic country, so how come we have such extreme right there?

Imo, Germany went to far with imigration. Many migrant cross through ''our region'' and it seems the most are not from war thorn countries but countries with very bad economic situation and it doesn't look like a lot are willing to work but live from social help

Everything that's far right or far left might be considered dangerous I'd say..

    • It's all hogwash especially in the short attention span generation. Like nobody cares about Free Tibet anymore either. Free Palestine will last a lot longer due to Saudi Arabia becoming a sponsorship force in sports.   Israel is too weak in soccer to qualify from UEFA zone. The only time they qualified was from the Asian zone and they only beat Australia & New Zealand who were complete nobodies in the 1960s. No such luck in the 60 years since.
    • Oh I assure you FIFA dodger a bullet with Israel not qualifying…   But ya that’s kind of the thing, shut up and dribble is a mantra anti LGBT people have used often. I don’t think it’s hypocritical to remind them of their position
    • Ah, yes but that's not how pro athletes are taught in North America these days? Shut up & dribble is xenophobic, racist or whatever? The hypocrisy of some of these policies were exposed during 2022 World Cup already where the Saudis played it smart and waved their own "Free Palestine' slogans. Forget LGBT rights for a moment, how many 'Free Palestine' flags will be waved in 2026? Or will those be confiscated by default? Somehow I feel this won't be met with similar backlash when China clamped down on 'Free Tibet' in 2008 OG. Saudi Arabia is more important to global markets than Iran & Egypt
    • Wisła Płock just assumed 1st position after five consecutive draws. Must be first time ever a team on a five match winless streak actually moves up to league top.
    • Well ya, which is why the Egyptian and Iranian teams can shut up and dribble :P
    • The problem is, the World Cup is not a local event. Overall it's another storm in a teacup. LGBT rights in Muslim countries won't change a damn inch becuse of one soccer match in Seattle
