Except that this thread is dedicated to Olympians only.

Thread was meant as a kind of tribute to those who died this year.

But we can get rid of it if people find it a bit strange.

No, it's a great thread. As you say, it is a tribute to Olympians who played their part in the history of the Games. I for one think it's nice we can remember them

The only one who finds it a bit strange is a bit strange, no worries. I actually find it rather interesting.
