Sprint Canoeing at the Summer Olympic Games 2020

has won an Olympic medal in women's K2 500m in SIX straight Olympics. That must be our record for a single specific event.

 

We have won 21 medals in sprint canoeing in OG history but still no gold (8 silver, 13 bronze)

No  in the K1 500 final, another disappointment for them after missing out on the K2 medal, the bad signs are piling up for them for K4.

I have never seen someone being as above the rest of the field in Canoe Sprint as Carrington is, she's even more dominant than Kozák was in Rio, I will be really surprised if she doesn't win today. I don't feel good about Kozák's medal on the other hand, it's going to be a hard fight for the podium, hopefully one of our girls will finish in the Top3.

I still believe in a surprise here (K1 W), the semi's times are pretty close, the wind is different than 2 days ago and it looked like an easy run for Csipes (just like for Carrington).
