Damn.. I usually eat Pizza only whit Provola and tomato souce  And usually I didn't eat Pizza if I'm in the extreme south of Italy or in the central/northen italy

Since we're talking about food, tonight I'm going to eat one of my favorite things, aligot (it's basically mashed potatoes with cheese but this description doesn't do it justice because it tastes like heaven):
