What's happening with De Grasse this year? :yikes:

He's had some injury problems throughout the year, but he had seemed to be back on the right track when he went 9.99 (-0.1) last night to win the 100m ahead of Aaron Brown (10.07)

Final meeting in Medellin, three more spots for Colombia:

Women's 100m: Evely Rivera, Eliecith Palacio

Men's 110m hurdles: Yeison Rivas

And the 4x400 team broke the national record again. It should be enough to go to Rio too.

And in the Men's 400m Hurdles, Johnny Dutch and Bershawn Jackson will not be going to Rio. It will be Kerron Clement, Byron Robinson, and Michael Tinsley.

And neither is Allyson Felix in the Women's 200m, well beaten by Tori Bowie 22.25 and Deajah Stevens 22.30 and run out of it on the line by Jenna Prandini 22.53 to 22.54

Women's 4x400m Relay

What are your expectations in Terms of medals? I see 3 pretty safe medals in decathlon, heptathlon and mens pole vault and 4 other decent medal chances in mens high jump, mens 100m, womens Long jump and womens 800m + some minor medal chances in mens 200m, mens 4x100m relay and mens 20km race Walking. Would you be satisfied with 5 medals and 0-1 of them in Gold?

Attachment is the great fabricator of illusions; reality can be obtained only by someone who is detached.

    • That was known from the start for  and will be planned for.   Sadly just the reality of sports in North America. Canada and the US are both huge, a flight from Vancouver to Halifax or from Seattle to Miami is north of five hours. Every sports league in North America has to deal with this kind of travel logistics on the regular, so none of this will seem particularly unusual to a North American player.
    • That’s not a long distance, it’s barely a 2h flight and there is no difference in timezone. Easily doable for fans as well.
