It's not the world championships, it's the kindergarten

They should keep their opinions outside the championships, this is really childish and disrespectful...

Loginov apparently intentionally didn't turn aside.

Russians flied a protest and they watched it from different cameras & admitted there was nothing intentional from Fourcade.

I don't know. On this video it very much looks like he was watching and following Loginov during the whole exchange.

On this video it  looks like Maillet appeared in front of him (while Quentin was moving to the right like he was supposed to) and Fourcade wanted to take Shipulin's position (at 11th second) but Shipulin moved to the right from Loginov and appeared right in front of Fourcade. He had no other choice but to move in front of Loginov.

What surprised me is that Loginov kept going closer to the center instead of moving to the left. Unintentionally of course.

According to our president of the federation 7 Kazakh biathletes are under suspicion after the DNA test.

"Pensez vous que ce soit intentionnel? Je ne risquerais jamais la disqualification de mes coéquipiers quelle que soit la raison! Merci pour tout vos messages pour cette belle médaille d'argent.

Do you really think it was intentional? I will never risk the disqualification of my teammates for any reason! Thanks for all your messages regarding this beautiful silver medal.

The sport will go on ;-)"

Have to say I agree with Federer. What Fourcde did was very immature, especially for a world-class athlete.

I bet the mixed relay will be interesting :) :O

    • Yeah. It was pretty bad that they cancel the contract with the original creative director after 7 months of work. I feel like politics, in this particular context of the changing of prime minister and the cabinet, may had caused changes in organizational decisions regarding the Sea Games including the direction of the opening ceremony.
    • That's what I figured.  Wouldn't be a proper lead up to an Olympics without some media-fueled fearmongering.
