Really wanted to see :SSD live but unfortunately they were not drawn in Group G/H

Will be looking forward to watch one or two matches in Jakarta

Instead you can watch the mighty west Asian derby to decide who will finish 32nd :p

This is definitely most uninteresting topic to discuss, but. Who has been following the state of the teams very closely in recent years - which of them are the "favorites" to not qualify even for the Olympics qualifying tournament?

That is, the main contenders for places 27-32, unless there is the deepest collapse of African teams (if four or five of them will be among the worst six)

Probably the best roster „we“ ever had. Too bad that Hartenstein, Olinde, Jallow and Reaves aren’t part of the roster. Completely understandable that Reaves decided to compete for the US instead, but I don’t really see any chance for him to make the Olympics next year (while he easily would have made the German team for Paris, should they qualify).

Personally I would cut Wohlfarth-Bottermann, Kratzer, Sengfelder, Da Silva, Hollatz and Krämer/Obst.

Apparently Paolo Banchero has committed to play for :USA at the World Cup this year. Unexpected decision, but unlike Reaves I actually see him as good enough to make the Olympic team for the US in the future.

Serbia's training camp will start on July 24th. A week earlier players will start practicing individually with coaches at the team.

Meanwhile, Phillipines are already playing prep matches. They lost in Estonia yesterday.
