for those who qualified through ranking, you can replace them ONLY if you have someone in top 20.

those who qualified through continental qualifiers, qualified their nations, not themselves.

Well, it's entirely possible Guzmán loses to Muñoz, so why not.

 

On the other side for me Pie will make the final 90% sure.

Pie defeated Aruban by only 4-3 in Pan Am semis last year. So I wouldn't say it's that one sided.
