I'd say you're playing with fire, but today I'm in a party mood so I'll say you're playing with fireworks, mate :p

Annoyingly way too many people are already doing that (mostly since one or two days) and it's only getting heavier and heavier throughout the day :p We do have a few somethings for tonight :d

Only the last couple of days? We have people doing it before Christmas (somehow you're allowed to buy but not fire by then).

The media has been packed with stupid people firing at others!

But Happy New Year, :NZL

Yeah, in the last couple of days it has increased exponentially. Generally it slowly starts in the second half of November, slowly increases towards 5 December and after that it goes up and up and up. Then the last three days of the year fireworks can legally be sold (which starts at 28 December instead of 29 if one of the three days is a Sunday, when shops are closed in some parts of the country). Officially one can only light fireworks from 18:00 on 31 December (10:00 until a few years ago), but nobody really cares and no chance in hell police does something :p

In Denmarks it can be sold from December 15th an legally fired 27 December to 1 January, but yeah, much people doesn't seem to care as soon as they buy it (and of course there's sadly also som illegal fireworks) and yeah, it's tough to stop it.

I can somewhat understand wanting to light your beautiful fireworks earlier than 31 December, but what I just don't understand: there are people who light it during the day.....when you see literally nothing of it  :dunno:

And that's the actually good-looking stuff I'm talking about (as long as it's dark of course). Obviously for those goddamn moronic things that do nothing but produce a bang, usually used by kids pretending to be tough and adults who can't accept they're adults now, it doesn't matter whether or not it's dark.
