About the cities... in terms of security there isn't much difference between Argentina and Uruguay to be honest. Both have nasty areas you should avoid, maybe Buenos Aires is a bit more "modern" overall. But there are awful taxi drivers here too  no wonder Uber is killing them.

I'm already glad I can sing* Garota de Ipanema, or at least the first part of it. And some Ivete Sangalo songs from many years ago when I liked her music and thought songs like Chupa Toda were innocent

I've been trying to sleep for 5 minutes and my mind has already gone "Olha que coisa mais linda, mais cheia de graça, é ela menina, que vem e que passa" at least 50 times. Thanks man for bringing up songs, this is gonna take forever. Might as well turn a taekwondo stream or something back on.

I hate having school during the games, I miss all the fun. Luckily everyone and their mom has entered the men’s weightlifting tonight, so I’ve been able to follow that at least. Plus, NBC just started their coverage.

Russia won all 4 Taekwondo gold medals so far.  pretty impressive.
