It just creates confusion. I am sure there are multiple swimmers with B standard in all events who are not qualified (same as London). Algeria should have 1 swimmer. There must have been some mistake by FINA. I am sure that when your federation will point it out to FINA, they will correct it. If very small microscopic island called "sandwich" have 3 or 4 swimmers that means those 3 or 4 swimmers either got A standard or were high enough on ranking list to be invited with B standard and hence, they deserve to be in Rio.
