Short Track Speed Skating at the Winter Olympic Games Milano Cortina 2026

Now I'm most curious about the events where :CAN and :CHNwill win their first - gold medals. I really think that one of the two countries will win the Men's 1,500m tonight.

Dutch kids really into skating, try use sticks you´ll see it is fun, I am sure you´ll be good at it

But in ice hockey you can only contend over one medal. Speed skating/short track has dozens. :p

Big Air Freeski for China probably. Canada... maybe Kingsbury will do it tomorrow after missing out on single moguls gold? Or Sarault in the 1000 on monday.

:CAN's best gold medal chance by far on Sunday is the men's dual moguls, but I really doubt there is any way Kingsbury wins that (I expect everyone to go all in against him and for the judges to go against him on any close dual). There is a very small chance :CAN wins the women's large hill in ski jumping, but we are talking low single digit percentage chance.

Then there is the women's 1000m in short track. If :CAN fails to win all of those, then there is a real chance the women's ski big air on Monday will be a fight between :CAN and :CHN for their first gold (and then ofc someone else will end up winning xD )

Tomorrow, China's only chance to win a medal will be in the mixed team event of skeleton. However, I think :GER and :GBRare more likely to be the winners.

Steven Dubois says he’s not making it an excuse but that the ice conditions are very tough. Said the ice chipped out from under his skate when he we to make his move.
