M-M-W-W Mixed Relay for the first time. I feel the race is a bit more even with this format. Lots of teams have good female athletes in the last leg.

 put Giacomel on the first leg. That's shaky, it's one leg where better skiers can't build that big of advantage if there's no issues on the range.

I think the idea is to set a very tough race and try to make someone crack at the shooting range, but I’m not sure it’s a good idea.
