Half an hour in and BBC still haven't shown any sport - in fact they are basically repeating the same stuff they showed in the run up to the opening ceremony last night. It doesn't exactly fill me with hope for the next 2 weeks.

 

I have no idea what the Chinese commentators are saying, but at least they are showing a live handball match

Tbh, on Red Button there is sport and there really isn't much going on rn that would introduce a British 'general audience'
