To be honest, 20-30 medals would be optimistic, we've had too many good Olympics in recent years, so we are due an absolute clunker!

Well I see 7 medals for us, which I am okay with, except they give a silver in fencing for Despina Georgiadou who didn't even qualify for Paris 

 

Of course I can't blame them, I mean she is ranked 3rd in the world so 99% of people would assume she is qualified for the Olympics in any sport but apparently not in fencing...

Made an account just to share my thoughts for medal chances of 20% or higher for The Netherlands in all events

 

All in all, I'd say based on the following percentages I'd come to around 30 medals, and factoring in Sifan Hassan and some unexpected medals (especially in Athletics, Tennis, Swimming and Judo), my fair estimate would be around 31-37 medals. 10+ gold should be realistic.
