Ticket sales started today for those who registered, we have our tickets

Cross-country skiing: men and women's sprint qualifying and finals (we went for the qualifying but finals are included on the same ticket so that's awesome!), women's 10k freestyle and the team sprint (again, qualifying and finals)

And the biathlon women's sprint.

And that filled up our 25 tickets :d

You really trying to say me that you are going to the Olympics and will not watch the NHL boys on action at all ?:hairpull:

I'd love to, but logistically it is going to be such a difficult thing :p

They somehow put 'the most geographically widespread Olympics ever!' as a positive marketing thing, but it's just really annoying for fans....we're going to look for an accomodation between Tesero and Antholz (I'd say around Bolzano or one of those lovely towns around it) and the ice hockey is like 3+ hours drive away..

Maybe for France 2030, but for Cortina I hope my priority in terms of what to watch is rather obvious :d

Yesterday I've got to try the next expansion to Verona's airport as new terminal was built specifically for the games. Super excited for closing ceremony at Verona's amphitheatre arena.

Today was my time slot, so some more tickets bought...

Two for the biathlon women's sprint for @brunamoura's parents, so we'll be there with our full group of 8 :d

Two for the biathlon women's mass start and two for the cross-country women's 50k mass start, both for @brunamoura and myself. If she suddenly qualifies to compete in the 50k, we'll see what to do with that spare ticket :p

Had my time slot friday-sunday last week. Only managed to check it out friday afternoon due to being at a funeral and then the biathlon tickets that I considered was gone.

But I got two ice hockey tickets and one for the cross-country team sprint (see you there, @heywoodu :p )

Planning to go for about a week starting in Milano where I hope to add one or two ice hockey matches or some speed skating and then most likely going to Bolzano from where I hope to add something in biathlon, cross-country or ski jumping.

Hope so! It's gonna be hard to misjudge if you see a few people together with a combination of Brazilian and Dutch flags :p Good chance I'll be wearing my official Brazilian team jacket as well (if it's cold, because that one is definitely nice and warm) :p

Could certainly consider going with Danish and Swedish :p

B

Awesome! Out of, hopefully, Bruna's three events, that is the one we have B tickets for as well :d (A for the sprint, C for the 10k, to have a nice spread of everything :d)

    • I still shocks, that a country of 4-5 million inhabitants? can be a powerhouse in almost every winter sport + handball, football (most recently with Haaland) and athletics: Ingebrigtsen, Warholm, etc. With such a small population, they can't be missing out on any major talent, surely? This must be the best training system in the world...
