all NOC´s must send the list of their teams 18th July, after this date you can replace athletes only in case of serious injury.

exact. Assuming we still haven´t received any info from FINA about any eventual invitation (which is a bit sad, because I hoped for a quota for our young Andrea Podmaníková in 200 Breaststroke, she nearly missed the OQT 2 times, but unfortunatly it looks over for her) our final amount will be 52. still fine, it´a sctually 5 more than in London and we surpassed the magical barreer of 50 so it help to have coaches for all athletes in the team, which wasn´t always a case (again I´m speaking about London)

Yes, you would need that one additional quota to tie Fiji on 53.

Hope dies last indeed. Anyway, I am eagerly waiting for that July 18th and entries deadline. After that we finally have two weeks of peace, with no qualifications and selections (and no waiting for updates from lazy federations like FINA).

oh man, you are definitely not alone to wait it I am eagerly waiting these two nice weeks of detox too, just the idea that I do not have to spend the whole day with mathematical exercises counting and re-counting the quotas of more than 200 countries around the world is absolutely fantastic. but yeah, however it´s hard, I´m the happiest man in this planet because I certainly have and is doing the best job in the world
