Height: 183cm

Weight: 85kg

 

In May last year that was nearly 100kg, then I got one of those indoor bikes and by early December I reached my goal of sub-80kg (79.6kg) 

Because that bike is in the garage (which is the same temperature as outside) I didn't use it for a bit and because of 4 meals a day during the Olympics it's gone back up to 85kg, but this month the way back to sub-80kg will start  

 

Not obese anymore then, I'd say
