The band, formed by Ana Torroja (main voice), Nacho Cano and José María Cano, became the most popular music group in the country in the 1980s. The song Barco a Venus, was released in 1983 as the first single of their second album, and it is about the dangers of drug addiction. My other option was Hombres G, but I will save them for a future edition . If I remember correctly even she was born in NZ. There is some connection between people from Dalmatia region in Croatia and NZ. Marina Erakovic the only player winning a WTA singles title for NZ in this century (and I think it was the first one after Belinda Cordwell winning back in the year when I was born ) has also Dalmatian heritage.
