The rhythmic gymnasts have better musical taste than the artistic swimmers I’ve decided.

I just cried with Geovanna's performance in Rhythmic Gymnastics. Such a hard working gymnast that almost qualified for the next Olympics, and now finally gets a medal in the Pan Am Games

We have always been weak in water polo, but our current level is bizarre.

There was an effort for the home olympics but that was it.

It's one of those sports where it's almost pointless to try to break into the elite if you aren't part of it already.

:ISV knocked out in the Round of 16 in mixed team recurve. I had a lot of hopes for archery, but they just couldn’t find the yellow ring enough.

Not to be that guy, but they won a medal in 2019. This is their first silver medal though.

Interestingly, both of their medals have come from windsurfing.

There is extremely high turnout, and no pollster, politician, or newspaper had predicted it; now they’re all there throwing out data. No one has any idea why people voted, also because it was very technical and almost empty polling stations were expected. It will be interesting to understand whether this is a protest vote against the government or a protest vote against the judiciary.
