There's one less relay now.

 

But it probably kills our chances to ever have a 4x400m relay at European Championships, since we will never get all of our top 400m runners in one place without competitions like this.

I am still in pain seeing that Miklyčiūtė had a huge possibility to be 5th in the pole vault if only she managed her head.
